The Sievi Racer 1 ESD safety shoe combines sporty design with comprehensive safety and comfort. This ESD-compliant low shoe is particularly suitable for use in areas where electrostatic discharge must be avoided. The upper material is made from a combination of PU-coated leather and textile, making the shoe robust yet breathable. The aluminum toe cap effectively protects the feet from falling objects, while the dual-layer ActionPro sole with the FlexStep® midlayer offers excellent shock absorption and is resistant to oils and chemicals. The sole is also antistatic and non-marking, which increases safety on slippery surfaces. The shoe is available in sizes 35 to 48 and features an attractive black-orange color scheme. The 3D-dry lining and the elastic FlexEnergy element maximize wearing comfort through improved air circulation and energy recovery with every step. The insole is replaceable and meets the Sievi Dual Comfort standard, ensuring additional comfort. With a weight of only 500 g in size 42 and a lace-up closure, this shoe offers an optimal combination of protection, comfort, and style for men and women in their daily work life.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole.
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
Water-repellent
DUAL insole
3D-dry lining
Das von Sievi entwickelte 3D-dry-Futter leitet die Fußfeuchtigkeit vom Fuß zur zweiten und damit äußeren Schicht des Futtermaterials und weiter durch das Obermaterial aus dem Schuh ab.
FlexStep®
The FlexStep® outsole with micropores developed by Sievi preserves its excellent shock absorption and elasticity even in frosty conditions. The springy construction of the FlexStep® sole element protects the foot and spine from impact and excessive stress. All Sievi shoes have a FlexStep® sole.
FlexEnergy
The FLEXENERGY® suspension element made of the TPU Infinergy® material developed by BASF is integrated into the heel along the entire surface and ensures optimum shock absorption and perfect wearing comfort. The elastic interlayer returns more than 55% of the kinetic energy to your musculoskeletal system.
