The Sievi Racer Roller ESD safety shoe combines high functionality with modern design. This model is distinguished by its PU-coated leather and textile upper, which, along with an aluminum toe cap and the innovative BOA® closure system, ensures optimal protection and easy on and off. The 3D-dry lining provides effective moisture management, while the elastic FlexEnergy component offers maximum shock absorption.
The dual-layer ActionPro sole with its shock-absorbing FlexStep® intermediate layer is oil and chemical resistant as well as antistatic, certifying the shoe according to EN ISO 20345: S3 SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1. Available in sizes 34 to 48 and in the color combination Black/Orange, this low shoe is suitable for both men and women. The shoe weighs approximately 500 g in size 42. The outsole is made of PU/RU and is non-marking, which provides additional safety through slip resistance (SRC).
Additional features such as replaceable insoles that meet the orthopedic requirements of DGUV 112-191, and the option to use orthopedic insoles according to Sievi Dual Comfort, make this safety shoe particularly versatile and comfortable.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S3
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole steel
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Steel midsoles are not affected by the shape of sharp objects or hazards. However, they only cover 85% of the tread surface. They are often used in the construction industry.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
BOA® Fit System
The BOA® Fit System consists of three essential components: a finely adjustable twist lock, a lightweight yet extremely strong rope and low-friction rope guides. All BOA® Fit systems enable a precise fit quickly and effortlessly and come with the BOA® guarantee.
Water-repellent
DUAL insole
3D-dry lining
Das von Sievi entwickelte 3D-dry-Futter leitet die Fußfeuchtigkeit vom Fuß zur zweiten und damit äußeren Schicht des Futtermaterials und weiter durch das Obermaterial aus dem Schuh ab.
FlexStep®
The FlexStep® outsole with micropores developed by Sievi preserves its excellent shock absorption and elasticity even in frosty conditions. The springy construction of the FlexStep® sole element protects the foot and spine from impact and excessive stress. All Sievi shoes have a FlexStep® sole.
FlexEnergy
The FLEXENERGY® suspension element made of the TPU Infinergy® material developed by BASF is integrated into the heel along the entire surface and ensures optimum shock absorption and perfect wearing comfort. The elastic interlayer returns more than 55% of the kinetic energy to your musculoskeletal system.
