The Sievi Zone 2+ ESD safety shoe offers an optimal combination of safety and comfort for industrial use. This ESD-capable shoe is made of PU-coated leather and microfiber, making it both durable and lightweight. With a plastic toe cap and a composite textile nail penetration protection, the shoe is completely metal-free and provides excellent protection according to EN ISO 20345 S3 SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1.
The dual-layer PU/TPU outsole is oil- and chemical-resistant as well as antistatic. The FlexStep® mid-layer ensures excellent shock absorption, while the 3D-dry® lining provides a comfortable foot climate. The shoe is available in sizes 36 to 47 and is characterized by its low weight of only 500 g at size 42. The standard width 11 and lace-up closure ensure an optimal fit. Additionally, the insoles are replaceable and orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191 can be used, further enhancing wearing comfort.
Available in black/gray, this unisex safety shoe is ideal for various work environments where the highest level of comfort and safety are required.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S3
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.

The FlexStep® outsole with micropores developed by Sievi preserves its excellent shock absorption and elasticity even in frosty conditions. The springy construction of the FlexStep® sole element protects the foot and spine from impact and excessive stress. All Sievi shoes have a FlexStep® sole.
