The safety shoe AMBITION BOA LOW ESD by Elten combines high safety standards with modern design and comfort. Equipped with a steel toe cap and a metal-free penetration guard, this model meets the standards EN ISO 20345 S2 SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it an ideal choice for various work environments. The hydrophobic nubuck leather and textile material provide water repellency, while the breathable lining and the closed, padded tongue offer optimal wearing comfort. The BOA® closure system allows for quick, individual adjustment and secure fit. The TPU/PU sole DIMENSION PRO is characterized by its slip resistance SRC and resistance to oils and chemicals. Additionally, the sole offers optimal cushioning behavior, making the shoe comfortable even during long wearing periods. Available in sizes 36 to 48 and in the color combination black/yellow, the shoe is aimed at a unisex audience. The semi-orthopedic insole ESD grey is replaceable, and orthopedic insoles are also usable according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259, making the shoe particularly suitable for orthopedic adjustments.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole.
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
