The BREEZER GREY LOW ESD safety shoe from Elten combines high safety standards with comfort and design. This low shoe is made from robust nubuck leather and available in a color combination of gray with neon yellow reflective materials, which ensure increased visibility. The shoes are available in sizes 37 to 47 and are specifically designed for men.
Equipped with a steel toe cap and a TPU/PU sole, the shoe offers optimal protection and cushioning. The outsole is oil and chemical resistant, antistatic, and meets the slip resistance standard SRC according to EN ISO 20345 S1P SRC. Additionally, the shoe meets the ESD requirements according to DIN EN 61340-5-1, qualifying it for electrostatically protected areas.
Other features include a padded tongue, breathable textile lining, and a lace-up closure that allows for a custom fit. The insole is replaceable and conforms to the ESD PRO grey series. The shoes are suitable for orthopedic adjustments according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259. With a weight of approximately 525 g in size 42, these safety shoes offer an excellent balance between protection and comfort.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
Reflective material
In rain, in the shade, at dusk and in the dark, people wearing dark clothing are only noticed at a distance of about 30 meters. Equipped with reflective materials, it provides additional protection through good visibility even in adverse weather and light conditions.
