The EASY blue safety shoe from Elten combines functionality with modern design and provides optimal protection in work environments. Equipped with a sturdy steel toe and a TPU/PU sole, this low-cut shoe is certified according to EN ISO 20345 S1 and SRC, and also meets the requirements of DIN EN 61340-5-1. The outsole is oil-, chemical-resistant, and antistatic, which enhances safety at the workplace. The upper material made of mesh and textile ensures breathability, while the padded tongue and the replaceable ESD PRO grey insole offer additional comfort. The shoe is available in sizes 39 to 48 and comes in an attractive black-blue color combination. The weight of the shoe is about 540 g for size 42, making it a lightweight choice. Orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191 and ĆNORM Z 1259 can also be integrated. The Trainers series, to which this shoe belongs, stands for high quality and safety, specifically designed for technical use.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
