Safety sandal ESD AB-31378
The ESD safety sandal AB-31378 from ABEBA combines functionality with comfort and safety. This model is specifically designed for use in ESD-protected areas and meets the standards DIN EN 345-1 and DIN EN 61340-5-1. The sandal is available in sizes from 36 to 47 and offers optimal protection with its plastic toe cap and the anti-slip special rubber sole with cross, lamellar profile, and torsion joint (SRA-certified).
The upper material made of anthracite-colored suede and the lining, enriched with silver ions, ensure hygiene and wearing comfort. ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRA
The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with NaLS (sodium sulfate solution).
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
