Safety shoe ESD AER55 Impulse Blue Orange Low
The ESD AER55 Impulse Blue Orange Low safety shoe from Albatros combines high safety standards with modern design and comfort for professional use. This low-cut shoe is available in sizes 36 to 47 and is characterized by its color scheme in blue and orange. The upper material made of SAFETY KNIT® is supplemented by seamlessly applied FITFRAME® reinforcement elements, which ensure an optimal fit and improved durability.
The protective features include a nano-fiberglass toe cap and a flexible textile penetration protection. Moreover, the shoe is metal-free and features an oil-, acid-, and gasoline-resistant rubber outsole that is antistatic and classified according to SRA for slip resistance. The DUAL.FOAM® midsole and the COMFIT®AIR insole provide excellent cushioning and significantly increase wearing comfort, especially during long wearing periods.
The breathable textile lining ensures a pleasant foot climate, while the shoes comply with the standards EN ISO 20345 S1P and DIN EN 61340-5-1. With a weight of approximately 516 grams for size 42, this shoe offers a lightweight yet robust solution for safety requirements in various work environments.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Slip resistance SRA
The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with NaLS (sodium sulfate solution).
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
Vegan
The shoe is leather-free and free from other animal products. No animal materials or auxiliary materials with components of animal origin are used in production either.
FAP®
A flexible penetration protection made of ceramic-coated fibres protects the entire surface of the feet from penetrating objects.
FAP® is a non-metallic material specially developed for safety shoes made of several layers of extremely tear-resistant textile fibers. The FAP® midsole provides greater comfort, flexibility, cold insulation, moisture absorption and shock absorption for the wearer.

The 3D Triple Density System consists of three different layers, each of which fulfills a specific function. The first layer is designed to ensure stability.
