Designed for demanding work environments, the Albatros ESD Court Blue Low safety shoe offers a combination of safety and comfort. This model is distinguished by its innovative SAFETY KNIT® upper construction, which, along with a breathable functional lining and an anatomically shaped comfit®AIR insole, ensures optimal wearing comfort. The shoe is equipped with a sturdy fiberglass toe cap and provides comprehensive protection in electrically sensitive environments through its metal-free penetration protection and ESD functionality (according to DIN EN 61340-5-1). Additionally, the outsole is oil, acid, and petrol resistant and meets the requirements of EN ISO 20345 S1P HRO SRC, making it particularly slip-resistant. The low-cut shoe in blue is available in sizes 39 to 48 and is suitable for both genders. The material combination of suede and mesh in the upper, the EVA midsole, and the lace-up closure complete the profile of this high-quality safety shoe. Ideal for professionals who value not only safety but also comfort and aesthetics.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
3D Triple Density
The 3D Triple Density System consists of three different layers, each of which fulfills a specific function. The first layer is designed to ensure stability. The second layer is specifically designed for cushioning. It absorbs shock and reduces stress on joints and muscles. The third layer provides excellent slip resistance as well as resistance to heat and oil.
