The Albatros ESD Court Grey Low safety shoe combines high safety standards with modern design and comfort. This low-cut shoe is equipped with a nano-fiberglass toe cap and offers optimal safety at the workplace due to its metal-free penetration protection and the slip-resistant SRC rubber outsole. The classification according to EN ISO 20345 S1P and additional HRO certification confirm its suitability for extreme conditions, such as heat resistance of the sole. The upper material is made of breathable SAFETY KNIT® suede, complemented by a textile lining that ensures comfortable wear. The anatomically shaped COMFIT®AIR insole supports the footbed and promotes well-being even during long wearing times. Additionally, a pull-on loop makes it easier to enter the shoe. Available in grey and in sizes 39 to 48, this unisex safety shoe targets a wide audience. The equipment with a lace-up closure and an EVA midsole completes the profile of this high-quality safety shoe, which is suitable for various work environments.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
3D Triple Density
The 3D Triple Density System consists of three different layers, each of which fulfills a specific function. The first layer is designed to ensure stability. The second layer is specifically designed for cushioning. It absorbs shock and reduces stress on joints and muscles. The third layer provides excellent slip resistance as well as resistance to heat and oil.
