The Albatros ESD Splendid Green GH Low safety shoe combines advanced technology and sustainability. This metal-free low shoe, made from recycled PET bottles, provides optimal protection thanks to its SAFETY KNIT® Green upper material and a fiberglass toe cap. The flexible FAP® Green textile fiber penetration protection and the slip-resistant SRC outsole, which is also resistant to oil, acid, and gasoline, ensure safety in various work environments. The shoes are available in sizes 36 to 47 and come in an attractive black-green. The breathable textile lining ensures high wearing comfort, while the COMFIT®AIR insole offers additional support. Weighing 550 g in size 42, these shoes are lightweight and offer antistatic and heat-resistant (HRO) properties according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345 S1P SRC standards. Ideal for professional use where safety and comfort are required.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Very lightweight shoe
The shoe is made of textile material and therefore has a low weight (size 42 less than 500 g). The low weight significantly reduces the effort and energy required from the wearer.
Vegan
The shoe is leather-free and free from other animal products. No animal materials or auxiliary materials with components of animal origin are used in production either.
FAP®
A flexible penetration protection made of ceramic-coated fibres protects the entire surface of the feet from penetrating objects.
FAP® is a non-metallic material specially developed for safety shoes made of several layers of extremely tear-resistant textile fibers. The FAP® midsole provides greater comfort, flexibility, cold insulation, moisture absorption and shock absorption for the wearer.
