Safety shoe ESD TWISTER DY Navy Low
The Albatros ESD TWISTER DY Navy Low safety shoe is a highly functional low-cut shoe designed specifically for protection and comfort in work environments. This unisex shoe in blue is available in sizes 36 to 47 and features a robust fiberglass toe cap that effectively protects the toe area. The upper material is made of high-quality suede, complemented by durable mesh inserts that ensure high breathability.
The DUO-PU outsole is oil, acid, and petrol resistant and offers excellent anti-slip properties (SRC), making the shoe ideal for various work areas. The shoe is completely metal-free and features a flexible FAP® penetration protection. Additionally, reflective elements are incorporated to enhance visibility and safety. Thanks to the lacing closure, the shoe can be individually adjusted and provides additional support.
In accordance with standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345 S1P SRC, this safety shoe meets the highest standards and is therefore ideally suited for technical professions and demanding applications.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
FAP®
A flexible penetration protection made of ceramic-coated fibres protects the entire surface of the feet from penetrating objects.
FAP® is a non-metallic material specially developed for safety shoes made of several layers of extremely tear-resistant textile fibers. The FAP® midsole provides greater comfort, flexibility, cold insulation, moisture absorption and shock absorption for the wearer.
