The BAAK Sue 2 ESD safety sandal, specifically designed for women, combines the highest safety standards with comfort and design. This ESD-capable sandal is certified according to EN ISO 20345:2011 S1 SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for work environments that need to prevent electrostatic discharges.
The upper is made of durable microfiber in black/red, which is not only abrasion-resistant but also breathable and treated with fungicide. A steel toe cap protects the toes from falling objects, while the PU midsole and the slip-resistant PU/PU outsole provide excellent cushioning and stability. The outsole leaves no marks and the sandal weighs only 455 g at size 42.
Available in sizes 35 to 42, this model features a standard width of 10 and comes with a practical quick-release closure. The insole is replaceable and meets orthopedic requirements according to DGUV 112-191 and ĆNORM Z 1259. The light weight and high functionality make the Sue 2 ESD safety sandal an optimal choice for industrial use and other activities where safety and comfort are paramount.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Very lightweight shoe
The shoe is made of textile material and therefore has a low weight (size 42 less than 500 g). The low weight significantly reduces the effort and energy required from the wearer.
Vegan
The shoe is leather-free and free from other animal products. No animal materials or auxiliary materials with components of animal origin are used in production either.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
Go & Relax
BaakĀ® go&relax is an innovative system designed primarily for people who wear safety shoes for many hours a day. It is based on three functional elements (asymmetrical toe cap, biomechanically optimized flex zone and biomechanical H-coupling element). In this way, it ensures healthy feet and relief for the entire musculoskeletal system.
