Safety shoe Conner ESD
The Conner ESD safety shoe from BAAK combines advanced technology with the highest safety standards. This low shoe from the Baak Ultralight series is characterized by its breathable textile upper and the innovative nano-fiberglass flex cap, which offers optimal protection without sacrificing comfort. The sole made of LIEVA (liquid injected EVA) and nitrile not only provides full-surface cushioning but is also particularly slip-resistant (SRC) and ultra-light, making the shoe ideal for long wearing times.
The insole of the shoe is certified according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259 standards for orthopedic adjustments and can be easily replaced. Available in sizes 39 to 48 and in an attractive gray-black color, this shoe meets the S1 safety class according to EN ISO 20345:2011 and DIN EN 61340-5-1. With a weight of only 420 g at size 42 and a standard width of 11, the Conner ESD safety shoe offers a lace-up closure for secure fit and is metal- and leather-free. ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
