Safety shoe Per ESD
The BAAK Per ESD safety shoe combines functionality and comfort for industrial use. The upper is made of sturdy textile, complemented by a padded tongue that provides additional wearing comfort. The shoe offers high safety thanks to the plastic toe protection and textile penetration protection. The antistatic property according to EN ISO 20345 and the PU midsole ensure both protection and flexibility at work.
The shoes are designed in dark blue with red accents and are available in sizes 38 to 48, meeting the S1PS safety class. They are designed as low shoes and are part of the Baak Sports series. The insole is replaceable and supports the use of orthopedic inserts according to DGUV 112-191. The textile lining and the PU/PU outsole offer additional comfort and slip resistance. The shoe is unisex, with a weight of 585 g at size 42, and features a practical lace-up closure. ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1PS
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant textile insole (tested with a 3 mm test nail with at least 1100 N pressure) and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.

Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SR
The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
Vegan
The shoe is leather-free and free from other animal products. No animal materials or auxiliary materials with components of animal origin are used in production either.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
