The LOGIK ESD safety shoe from Bata is specifically designed for demanding work environments and combines high protection standards with comfort. This low shoe from the NOVA series is equipped with a robust steel toe cap and a FlexGuard® plastic penetration guard to ensure optimal protection. The upper material is made of durable microfiber in black and blue colors. The QuattroTech® outsole is antistatic and offers excellent slip resistance (SRC), while the Bata Cool Comfort® lining ensures a comfortable shoe climate. Additionally, the shoe meets the standards DIN EN 61340-4-3 and EN ISO 20345 S1P SRC HI, making it ideal for electrostatically hazardous areas. Available in sizes 38 to 48, the shoe features a standard width XW and a practical lace-up closure. The insole is replaceable, and it is suitable for orthopedic adjustments according to DGUV 112-191. Weighing 650 g in size 42, the shoe offers a successful balance between protection and wearing comfort.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
CoolComfort lining
Shoe with Cool Comfort® textile lining
Walkline technology inside
Walkline® is a modular, ergonomic concept that allows different combinations of safety shoes with different characteristics and individual composition. It is based on seven revolutionary innovations that increase wearing comfort, reduce stress on the wearer and thus also reduce the risk of accidents.
