Safety shoe SUMM ONE ESD
The Bata SUMM ONE ESD safety boot combines high safety standards with modern design, offering optimal protection in hazardous areas. This ESD-capable boot is made from sturdy nylon and available in sizes 38 to 48. The black-blue color scheme blends seamlessly into various work environments.
Equipped with an aluminum toe cap and a FlexGuard® plastic penetration-resistant midsole, this shoe meets the standards DIN EN 61340-4-3 and EN ISO 20345:2011 S3 SRC, making it a safe choice for various industrial sectors. ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S3
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Very lightweight shoe
The shoe is made of textile material and therefore has a low weight (size 42 less than 500 g). The low weight significantly reduces the effort and energy required from the wearer.
Vegan
The shoe is leather-free and free from other animal products. No animal materials or auxiliary materials with components of animal origin are used in production either.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
Odor Control / odor-inhibiting
Bata Industrials, together with scientists, has developed a completely eco-friendly solution for the elimination of odours: Odor Control. It is based on a completely natural plant extract. As a natural all-in-one solution, it reduces bacteria in the shoe by 99.9% and is even effective at temperatures of up to 240° C – for fresh feet all day long.
