Safety sandal Carla ESD
The Carla ESD safety sandal from Steitz Secura combines innovative safety technologies with high wearing comfort specifically for women. This sandal is made from ultra-light microfiber and offers excellent breathability due to its large ventilation structure. The aluminum toe cap effectively protects the toes, while the breathable functional lining and the genuine leather insole ensure an optimal foot climate.
The comfort footbed insole with cushioning effect and excellent moisture absorption supports the foot ergonomically. The TPU Woman Sport ESD outsole not only ensures good slip resistance (SRC) but also antistatic properties according to EN ISO 20345:2011 S1. The practical Velcro fastener facilitates quick putting on and taking off.
Available in sizes 35 to 42 and in the color combination blue/white, this sandal also offers the possibility to use orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191. Special widths are available on request to meet individual needs.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Very lightweight shoe
The shoe is made of textile material and therefore has a low weight (size 42 less than 500 g). The low weight significantly reduces the effort and energy required from the wearer.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
SECURA VARIO® System
