The Steitz Secura CP 4360 ESD safety shoe combines advanced technology with comfortable design for professional use. This low-cut shoe, available in sizes 36 to 47, comes in an attractive red-black color and meets the S2 safety class according to EN ISO 20345:2011 with additional SRC slip resistance. The upper is made of textile with high-frequency embossing, complemented by a composite toe cap and TPU toe protection to ensure maximum safety. The TPU Competition ESD outsole and TPU heel counter provide excellent stability and ESD protection. The shoe features a breathable functional lining and a seamless construction, which, along with the ERGO-SOFT ESD insole that is orthopedically adaptable (DGUV 112-191), and the option to request special widths, ensure high wearing comfort. The insole is also replaceable, which increases the durability of the shoe. The lace-up closure allows for individual adjustment, while the metal-free construction makes the safety shoe lightweight and practical for daily use. Ideal for men and women in industrial or craft professions who value safety and comfort.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole.
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
SECURA VARIO® System
The SECURA VARIO® system consists of five interchangeable damping modules – can be used in the heel area depending on body weight (from 57 kg to over 105 kg). As an essential component of a cushioning concept that noticeably relieves and protects the joints and the musculoskeletal system, it contributes to the work-life balance, especially during long working days in shoes.
