Safety shoe GINGER ESD
The GINGER ESD safety shoe by Steitz Secura is specifically designed for women and combines functionality with comfort. This safety shoe in black, available in sizes 35 to 42, is equipped with an aluminum toe cap that meets the EN ISO 20345:2011 S2 SRC standards, making it exceptionally safe.
The upper is made of breathable functional textile in a hexagon look, complemented by high-quality shaft applications. For additional comfort, there is a genuine leather insole and a comfort footbed insert that not only cushions but also excellently absorbs moisture. The TPU Women Sport ESD outsole provides optimal slip resistance (SRC).
The insole is replaceable and meets the ERGO-SOFT ESD type, compatible with orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191. Weighing just 404 g in size 42 and with the option to obtain special widths upon request, this shoe offers an excellent balance between protection and wearing comfort. The shoe is secured with a lace-up closure and is part of the manufacturer's Women series.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole.

Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Very lightweight shoe
The shoe is made of textile material and therefore has a low weight (size 42 less than 500 g). The low weight significantly reduces the effort and energy required from the wearer.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
SECURA VARIO® System

A perfect extension of Steitz Secura's exclusive back vitality system for certain shoe configurations is the VARIO MULTIFLEX® technology. A continuously foamed midsole with a special soft bedding provides further effective cushioning properties in the forefoot area. Muscle tension is optimally reduced, load peaks are avoided with every step and forefoot problems are prevented from the outset.
