The ESD safety shoe Super X Low by Lemaitre combines high safety standards with modern design and comfort for professional use. This low-cut shoe is available in sizes 35 to 48 and features an upper made of sturdy black/red buffalo nubuck leather. Reflective applications enhance visibility, while the steel toe cap and metal-free puncture protection ensure maximum safety.
The PU outsole is oil, acid, and petrol resistant as well as slip-resistant and antistatic, making the shoe particularly suitable for work environments with high demands on slip resistance and antistatic properties. The insole is replaceable and meets the orthopedic requirements of DGUV 112-191, qualifying the shoe for orthopedic insole provision. Additionally, the lace-up closure provides a secure and comfortable fit.
With certifications according to EN ISO 20345 S3 SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1, the Super X Low meets the highest safety standards. This unisex safety shoe is ideal for professionals who value safety, comfort, and style.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S3
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
