The Ollie ESD safety shoe from Lupos combines advanced safety technology with comfort and design. This low-cut shoe is specifically designed for use in ESD-protected areas and meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345, S1P, SRC. The upper is made of highly breathable nylon and suede, which, together with the super breathable, absorbent lining, ensures an optimal foot climate. The Infinergy® midsole from BASF provides excellent rebound, while the PU outsole is not only oil-, acid-, and petrol-resistant, but also features excellent slip-resistant properties. The aluminum toe cap effectively protects against impacts and pressure. Available in sizes 35 to 48 and in the color combination Black/Blue, this shoe offers a standard width of 11 and is suitable for both men and women. Additional features include lace-up closure, the option to use orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191, and a replaceable insole that guarantees additional comfort.
Infinergy® developped by BASF is the first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane. It returns you positive energy. A concentration of technology that turns the traditional cushioning into a dynamic cushioning. The resulting energy when the foot hits the ground is stored and is directly returned during the walking process, thus supporting you when walking. Even when exposed to permanent stress it provides excellent long-term strength. In contrast to other conventional foams, Infinergy® remains highly elastic, even at temperature ranges from +40°C to -20°C.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
BASF Infinergy®
Elastic like rubber, but resiliently light. The world's first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). Combines the properties of TPU with the advantages of foams. Infinergy® has a low density, is extremely elastic and abrasion-resistant and has very good resilience. Infinergy® also has a permanent load-bearing capacity in a wide temperature range (-20 to over +40°C).
