ESD safety boot Moon black / orange
The ESD safety boots Moon in black and orange from the Gemini Line by FTG combine high safety standards with comfort for the wearer. These unisex boots are available in sizes 38 to 48 and feature a metal-free puncture-resistant midsole and a composite toe cap that meet the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1, EN ISO 20345 (S1P, SRC).
The upper material is made of high-quality microfiber with HIGH TEX, supplemented by a breathable polyester lining that provides additional wearing comfort. The replaceable Relax insole and the option to use orthopedic inserts according to DGUV 112-191 make these boots particularly suitable for professional use.
The PU/TPU outsole offers excellent slip resistance and is oil, acid, and gasoline resistant. The lace-up closure ensures an optimal fit. Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
