The ESD safety boots Sixty High sw/blue by FTG offer excellent protection and comfort for industrial applications. These boots are made from an extremely durable polyester/nylon blend and feature an exceptionally thin plastic toe cap and a metal-free puncture-resistant layer. The antistatic PU outsole is oil-, acid-, and gasoline-resistant and provides excellent slip resistance (SRC). The anatomically shaped, antibacterial insoles are replaceable and comply with DGUV 112-191 for orthopedic inserts. With a standard width of 12 and a weight of 556 g in size 42, these unisex boots are available in sizes 35-47 and are washable at 30 °C. The safety boots meet the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1, EN ISO 20345 (S3, SRC) and are ideal for environments where antistatic properties are required. They are part of the Sport Line series and offer effective protection for feet in demanding work environments.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S3
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
Very lightweight shoe
The shoe is made of textile material and therefore has a low weight (size 42 less than 500 g). The low weight significantly reduces the effort and energy required from the wearer.
Washability
The shoe can be machine washed (at 30°C or 60°C depending on the model).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
Do not tumble dry
ThinCap
Developed through FTG's research, the toe cap is made of an innovative and high-quality composite material. It is anti-magnetic, metal-free, athermal, spacious and resistant to a pressure/impact effect of 200 joules. It is also much lower, narrower, aesthetically invisible, but still very comfortable, and complies with the EN ISO 20345 standard.
