ESD safety shoe Saturn black / orange
The ESD safety shoe Saturn from the Gemini Line by FTG combines high-quality materials and advanced safety technologies. This low-cut shoe in black and orange offers optimal safety equipment according to the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1, EN ISO 20345 (S1P, SRC) and is ideal for use in environments where electrostatics play a role.
The upper material is made of durable microfiber with HIGH TEX processing, complemented by a soft edge padding. The plastic toe cap and metal-free penetration protection ensure optimal protection, while the antistatic Relax insole and the slip-resistant PU/TPU outsole provide comfort and stability. Additionally, the shoe is oil, acid, and petrol resistant and supports orthopedic adjustments according to DGUV 112-191.
Available in sizes 38 to 48, this unisex model is aimed at a wide range of users. The standard width 12 and the lace-up closure guarantee a custom fit. The lightweight starting from 501 grams at size 42 makes it easier to wear over extended periods.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
