The U-Power Taylor ESD safety shoe combines high safety standards with comfort and design. This model is made of soft, perforated suede leather with a PU-coated toe cap construction, providing durability and protection. The composite toe cap and metal-free textile penetration protection ensure optimal safety, while the antistatic, oil-resistant, and slip-resistant PU outsole guarantees excellent traction. The low-cut shoe is available in sizes 35 to 48 and features an attractive black-green color scheme. The breathable WingTex lining improves air circulation and increases wearing comfort, even during long working hours. Weighing about 650 g in size 42 and with a standard width of 11, this shoe offers an excellent fit for both men and women. Certified according to EN ISO 20345:2011 and classified as S1PS, the Taylor ESD safety shoe meets additional requirements according to FO and provides a solid foundation for safety at work. The lace-up closure completes the user-friendly design, making it the ideal choice for various work environments.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1PS
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant textile insole (tested with a 3 mm test nail with at least 1100 N pressure) and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.

Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SR
The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Overcap
The toe cap is usually made of plastic material (e.g. PU or TPU) and is firmly attached to the shoe. It protects the front area of a work shoe from premature wear and thus extends the service life of the safety shoe.
Save and Flex plus
The exclusive puncture-resistant "no metal" insole is lighter than traditional steel, more flexible and safer. It is connected directly to the shaft and guarantees 100% penetration resistance.
