Safety shoe ESD Slide Low
Developed by PUMA SAFETY, the ESD Slide Low safety shoe offers comprehensive protection and comfort for industrial applications. This unisex half-shoe is available in sizes 39-48 and features a combination of gray SAFETY KNIT® upper and orange FITFRAME® elements that provide both functionality and style. The integrated fiberglass toe cap and metal-free, flexible FAP® LITE penetration protection ensure maximum safety at the workplace.
The breathable BreathActive functional lining along with the evercushion® MMT footbed optimizes moisture management and provides excellent cushioning, relieving joints and muscles. The non-slip rubber outsole MOTION PWR is heat resistant up to 300° and ensures secure ground traction. Additionally, the PWR.FOAM midsole improves energy return and stability with every step. The shoe meets the S1PS safety class and offers additional protective features like HRO and FO. The practical lace-up closure completes the design, offering a customized fit and safety.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1PS
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant textile insole (tested with a 3 mm test nail with at least 1100 N pressure) and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.

Metal-free toe cap

Slip resistance SR
The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
Very lightweight shoe
The shoe is made of textile material and therefore has a low weight (size 42 less than 500 g). The low weight significantly reduces the effort and energy required from the wearer.
Vegan
The shoe is leather-free and free from other animal products. No animal materials or auxiliary materials with components of animal origin are used in production either.

FAPlite
The FAPlite penetration protection is 50% lighter and has very high flexibility. It offers better cushioning and pressure elasticity. It has a cooling effect thanks to its breathability and sweat absorption.
