ESD Solder Mask Dots 12 mm
The ESD solder mask dots with a diameter of 12.0 mm are made from an antistatic, high-temperature resistant polyimide film and provide an effective solution for soldering under demanding conditions. The surface of these solder mask dots is coated with a surface conductive silicone adhesive, which allows for short-term heat resistance up to 300°C. The brown-opaque coloration and the slotted backing film facilitate handling and application of the 10,000 pieces per roll. With a thickness of about 0.060 mm including adhesive, these solder mask dots are ideal for precise coverings during the soldering process. Due to their special properties, they help prevent electrostatic discharge and increase the reliability of your electronic components.
