Product Info
The Kapton adhesive dots with a diameter of 15 mm are specifically designed for high temperatures and are made from a high-temperature resistant polyimide film. Each roll contains 1,000 of these brown-transparent adhesive dots, which are equipped with a robust silicone adhesive. The total thickness of the adhesive dots, including adhesive, is about 0.070 mm. These products are ideal for applications where a heat class of H 180°C is required. They offer heat resistance of up to 240°C over a period of 10 minutes and can even withstand temperatures of up to 260°C for short periods. These properties make the Kapton adhesive dots an excellent choice for solder masking and other heat-intensive applications. The precisely manufactured adhesive dots ensure reliable performance under extreme conditions.
