Kapton adhesive dots 16 mm

The Kapton adhesive dots with a diameter of 16 mm are ideal for applications where high temperature resistance is required. Each roll contains 1,000 single-row arranged adhesive dots made from high-temperature resistant polyimide film. These are particularly suitable for solder masking during heat-intensive processes.
The brown-transparent dots have a thickness of approximately 0.070 mm including the silicone adhesive. They are certified according to Thermal Class H with a continuous heat resistance of 180°C and can temporarily withstand temperatures of up to 260°C. The maximum temperature load for 10 minutes is 240°C.
These specifications make the adhesive dots a reliable choice for technical applications in various industrial sectors, where precision and durability under extreme conditions are required.
