The Kapton adhesive dots with a diameter of 5 mm are specifically designed for high-temperature intensive applications. These solder mask dots are made from a high-temperature resistant polyimide film and are coated with a silicone adhesive. They are excellent for processes where reliable heat resistance is required. The dots can withstand continuous temperatures of up to 180°C and can handle short-term temperatures of up to 260°C. The maximum heat resistance is 240°C for up to 10 minutes.
The brown-transparent adhesive dots have a thickness of about 0.070 mm, including the adhesive. Each roll contains 1,000 pieces, making it especially economical for industrial applications. The polyimide material ensures excellent chemical and thermal stability. Ideal for sectors that require precise heat resistance, such as in electronics manufacturing, where they are often used to protect components during soldering.
