These heat-resistant polyimide adhesive tapes serve as solder mask dots with a diameter of 16.0 mm and are available on a roll of 1,000 pieces. They are made from a high-temperature resistant polyimide film with silicone adhesive, which has a thickness of about 0.055 mm and can withstand temperatures up to 300°C for short periods. The carrier film of these brown-transparent cover dots is slit, which facilitates handling and application. Ideally suited for applications where reliable heat resistance is required.
