These high-temperature resistant solder mask dots made of polyimide film are ideal for applications where short-term heat exposure up to 300°C is required. The brown-transparent color and silicone adhesive ensure reliable adhesion and easy handling. The backing film is slit to facilitate application. Each roll contains 1,000 pieces with a diameter of 9.0 mm. These cover dots are perfectly suitable as solder stop masks in various industrial processes.
