The adhesive dust-binding mats, sized 460 x 1140 mm, are made from high-quality polyethylene and are available in an appealing shade of blue. These mats feature a 30-layer structure that provides strong adhesive power. They are specifically designed for use in controlled ESD areas and cleanrooms, where they effectively remove dust and other particles from shoe soles and cart wheels. This characteristic makes them an essential dust barrier in industries such as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and electronics.
The mats are easy to handle: as soon as the adhesive power of a layer diminishes, the contaminated film can be effortlessly peeled off, immediately providing a new, clean layer. Each box contains four mats, each with 30 layers, allowing for prolonged use and easy storage.
