The film dust-binding mats with dimensions 610 x 1140 mm are specifically designed for use in controlled ESD areas and cleanrooms, to ensure effective cleaning of shoe soles and cart wheels. These mats are primarily used in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and electronics industries, where they serve as an effective dust barrier. Each mat consists of 30 layers of highly adhesive polyethylene, which ensures that only dust and fine particles adhere, while the surface can be easily renewed by peeling off the top layer as the adhesive power decreases. The mats are available in bulk packaging of 20 pieces per packaging unit (PU), with each mat sequentially numbered to ensure easy handling and use. The blue, transparent mats offer not only functional efficiency but also visual control of cleanliness. They are a reliable solution for industrial environments that require the highest cleanliness standards.
