The high-quality ESD table covering made of synthetic rubber in light blue color offers an effective solution for work areas that must prevent electrostatic discharges. With a width of 1000 mm and a length of 10 meters, this covering is ideal for various applications. The material thickness is 2 mm, ensuring lasting elasticity and high wear resistance.
The roll goods can be laid loosely or permanently adhered, with fixation using double-sided adhesive tape or Quick-Lift fabric tape possible. The surface of the covering is heat resistant up to 60°C and solder-resistant, making it particularly suitable for work environments with high thermal requirements. Additionally, the material is free of PVC, plasticizers, halogens, and heavy metals, making it environmentally friendly.
The dissipative, wear-resistant top layer along with the high-resistance bottom layer meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offers a point-to-point resistance of 10^7 Ω, thereby preventing corrosion on electronic contacts. This two-layer construction guarantees high abrasion resistance and dimensional stability, as well as easy cleaning.
This table covering is also available in other colors such as beige, platinum gray, fern green, and royal blue, to optimally adapt to various design preferences.
