Product Info
The ESD table mat in bright green with dimensions of 800 x 1200 mm and a thickness of 2 mm is made from highly wear-resistant synthetic rubber. It is suitable for both loose laying and adhesive bonding, and is free from PVC, plasticizers, halogens, and heavy metals, making it an environmentally friendly choice. The mat is heat resistant up to 60°C and solder-resistant, making it ideal for work environments with electronic components, as it does not cause corrosion on electronic contacts.
The dual-layer construction includes a dissipative, wear-resistant top layer and a high-resistance bottom layer. This configuration ensures high abrasion resistance and dimensional stability. The surface is easy to clean, permanently elastic, and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. Additionally, the mat provides good electrical insulation with a point-to-point resistance of 10^7 Ω.
Additional features include rounded corners and two snap connectors (DK 10 mm) on the short side, which allow for easy and secure attachment. Optionally, the mat can be fixed with double-sided adhesive tape or Quick-Lift fabric tape to ensure a stable and non-slip support.
