The Universal Tape Dispenser A900.6-Special is distinguished by its versatility and flexibility. It is suitable for a wide range of materials such as adhesive tapes, aluminum and copper foils, as well as tubing. This device allows for the simultaneous processing of two rolls with tape widths between 6 and 60 mm and cut lengths from 5 to 999 mm. An integrated counter facilitates the setting and monitoring of piece counts.The programming function of the dispenser allows the setting of up to six different lengths and the corresponding piece counts. The easy interchangeability of the three different types of rollers – rubber roller, plastic roller, and a specially coated transport roller – makes switching according to needs uncomplicated and quick. The anti-static housing additionally contributes to safety and functionality.
Practical aspects such as the tool-free exchange of the tape transport unit in just five steps, the finger guard with shutdown contact, and the ability to tilt the device, enhance user-friendliness.
