ESD Nylon flat brushes

The ESD flat brush Nylon, designed for use on ESD-sensitive flat assemblies, prevents the formation of static charges during cleaning processes due to its conductive properties. This brush features permanently conductive nylon bristles and a volume-conductive plastic handle, which is additionally marked with an ESD warning symbol. The bristles of the brush have a diameter of 0.4 mm and a length of 20 mm, enabling effective and safe cleaning.
Furthermore, the product is available in a hard version with a width of 19 mm and yellow nylon bristles that comply with the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and have a resistance to discharge between 10^9 and 10^10 Ω. These technical specifications ensure high reliability and durability of the product while meeting all relevant safety standards in handling electrostatically endangered components.
