ESD Nylon hard brush
The ESD stiff brush Nylon is specifically designed for cleaning ESD-sensitive flat assemblies to prevent static charges. This brush features electrically conductive nylon bristles that are incorporated into a volume conductive plastic handle with an ESD warning symbol. The bristles have a diameter of 0.4 mm and a length of 24 mm, allowing for effective and even cleaning.
The brush meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offers a resistance to discharge between 10^4 and 10^5 Ω. With a width of 60 mm and the stiff nature of the bristles, this tool is excellent for precise cleaning tasks on sensitive electronic components.
