BlueLine - Ion spray nozzle
The BlueLine Ion Spray Nozzle AN-HP02/HP02-PE, available in standard and PE (Polyethylene) variants, is specifically designed for the effective neutralization of static charges in sensitive environments such as electronic assembly and cleanroom settings. This high-performance ion spray nozzle utilizes a spray of ionized air to neutralize static charges on target surfaces, preventing the adhesion of materials and the attraction of dust.
The compact design of the nozzle allows its use even in tight spaces, while the optional light barrier triggers ionization depending on the presence of objects, optimizing energy consumption. The device operates with a working voltage of 24 V/DC and a mains voltage of 230 V, 50 Hz, and comes with a plug-in power supply and a nozzle tip OP-S.
The dimensions are 87 x 29 x 50 mm, and the ozone production is at a maximum of 0.01 ppm. The ionization is based on high voltage (AC alternating current technology) with a self-balancing offset voltage of ± 10 V, allowing precise control of the ionization.
