BlueLine - Ion spray nozzle
The BlueLine Ion Spray Nozzle AN-HP02 is specifically designed for effective neutralization of static charges in sensitive environments such as electronic assembly and cleanroom settings. This compact and efficient device also fits into tight spaces and provides static neutralization through a spray of ionized air, thereby avoiding issues such as material sticking or dust attraction.
Available in standard and PE (Polyethylene) variants, the nozzle meets different material handling requirements and environmental conditions. Some models are also equipped with an optional light barrier that triggers ionization depending on the presence of objects, to optimize energy efficiency.
The technical specifications include dimensions of 87 x 29 x 50 mm, an operating voltage of 24 V/DC, and a mains voltage of 230 V, 50 Hz. The device integrates low ozone generation of a maximum of 0.01 ppm and maintains a self-balancing offset voltage of ± 10 V. The included nozzle tip OP-S supports precise application in all required areas.
