The fusION Mini Ionizer, manufactured by Simco, is an advanced solution for neutralizing electrostatic charges in confined spaces. With its compact dimensions of 75 x 48 x 89 mm, this device is specifically designed for use in automation environments such as pick-and-place machines and wave soldering systems.
The high-frequency alternating current (HF-AC) enables efficient ionization, while the self-balanced ion balance ensures precise neutralization without the need for manual calibration. Up to four of these devices can be connected to extend the range.
It also offers the option to retrofit an optional fan unit to enhance ionization efficiency in specific applications. The integration of high-voltage generation within the device itself reduces the need for external controls. The tungsten emitter tips meet ISO 6 / Cleanroom Class 1000, highlighting the device's durability and effectiveness.
