The CPM 35 Ionizer Tester is an efficient measuring device for the fully automatic inspection of ionizers at the ESD workstation or in machines. It is suitable for measuring positive and negative discharges as well as offset voltages and also supports periodic measurement of personal charges through the Walking Test.
Technical Specifications: - Two testing ranges: Decay and Offset/BVT - Decay: Tests the discharge time from ± 250 V to ± 100 V and maintains the offset voltage below 35 V for 10 seconds - Offset/BVT: Displays the current measurement and the maximum values of each polarity - Body Voltage Test (BVT) for simple display of body voltage during walking tests
