The ionizing bar meets the purity standards of ISO 14644-1 Class 1 and minimizes the risk of contamination.
Equipped with replaceable silicon emitter tips known for their durability and purity, the AeroBar 5225S is also suitable for sensitive environments such as semiconductor manufacturing. The bar can operate up to six units with a supply voltage of 24 V DC and integrates seamlessly into alarm systems, with status indicators via LED signals. The operating ambient temperature should be between 15 and 35 °C, and the device weighs 1.02 kg.

AeroBar 5225S Ionizing bar

The AeroBar 5225S ionizing bar has been developped to ensure a high performance with simple integration in the process. Very precise adjustment options enable the use in most applications in installations workstations and cleanroom areas. The design of the AeroBar 5225S and the materials suitable for cleanrooms permit a complete ionisation also in small cleanrooms and cleanroom areas without interrupting the laminar air flow.

The configuration and adjustment can be made with infrared remote control.

  • Ion emission technology: It uses pulsed DC or steady-state DC ionization modes that can be fine-tuned for specific applications. This ensures effective and consistent neutralization of static charges, especially in environments where sensitive components such as semiconductor wafers are handled.
  • Emitter options: The device is equipped with single crystal silicon emitter points, known for their cleanliness and longevity, or titanium emitter dots for other specific requirements. These emitters are interchangeable.
  • Cleanroom compatibility: The device meets stringent ISO 14644-1 Class 1 cleanliness standards for silicon emitters and Class 3 for titanium emitters, ensuring minimal risk of contamination.
  • The AeroBar is available in 5 different lengths, making it versatile for various installation scenarios, including devices such as EFEM charging ports.
  • Power supply and control: The bar is powered by a 24 VAC input voltage and can be integrated into a tool control system. In addition, ion output levels can be set separately for positive and negative polarities via IR remote control or software.
  • Wide range of individually adjustable parameters for each AeroBar. All parameters are stored in the AeroBar, no controller is required
  • The device has a status/alarm output for FMS / host PC and can be integrated into the alarm system of any installation. 
  • Various status indicators (flashing red LED for positive/neg. polarity, red LED for alarm)
  • The operating modes “Steady State Mode DC” or “Pulse Mode DC” can be selected   
  • 24 V DC power supply via transformer (supply of up to 6 AeroBars possible)
  • Extremely simple installation and wiring (low voltage)
  • Device dimensions: 53 x 31 x 569-2144 mm (WxHxL)
  • Remote control 7500.AB.R required
