The AeroBar MP 5635 by Simco is a state-of-the-art ionizing bar, designed for use in particle-sensitive environments such as semiconductor manufacturing and nanotechnology production. With a length of 1150 mm and an active length of 1050 mm, this ionization rod offers precise control of static charges using modulated pulse technology, which combines high-frequency sine waves with pulse modulation.
The unit features replaceable silicon emitter tips that meet an ISO 14644 Class 1 cleanliness standard and are spaced 75 mm apart. This allows for optimal ionization and minimal contamination, which is particularly important in the assembly of sensitive electronics. The bar can be mounted up to 150 mm away from sensitive components without impairing performance.
Other features include air assistance for improved ion distribution, automatic balancing for precise static neutralization, and alarm signals for operational feedback. Installation is simple and only requires plugging into a 24 V DC power source. Air support requires the connection of an air pressure line.
The AeroBar MP 5635 is compatible with all wafer technology nodes, including 22 nm and below, and offers an ion balance of +/- 20 V at an ambient temperature of 15 - 35 °C.
