The Simco AeroBar MP 5635 ionizing bar, with an active length of 350 mm, is specifically designed for use in highly sensitive environments such as semiconductor manufacturing. This product is distinguished by its modulated pulse technology, which combines high-frequency sine waves with pulse modulation to achieve efficient and uniform ionization. The ionizing bar features replaceable silicon emitter tips, ensuring compatibility with sensitive processes and meeting the stringent purity standards of ISO 14644 Class 1.
