The Simco AeroBar MP 5635 Ionizing Bar, with an active length of 900 mm, is specifically designed for use in highly sensitive environments such as semiconductor manufacturing. This ionizing bar utilizes modulated pulse technology for efficient neutralization of static charges while minimizing particle contamination, making it ideal for working with advanced electronics and nanotechnology. The bar meets the stringent requirements of ISO 14644 Class 1.
The ionizing bar features replaceable emitter tips made of high-purity silicon, which have an emitter spacing of 75 mm, and offers precise control of ionization through user-friendly software or manual settings directly on the device. The AeroBar MP 5635 can be mounted up to 150 mm away from sensitive components without impairing performance. Additionally, it supports air assistance for improved ion distribution and features automatic balancing functions and alarm signals.
The installation of the bar is straightforward and only requires a 24 V DC power source. Compressed air supply is needed for air assistance. An alarm output allows for integration into existing machine controls or monitoring systems. The dimensions of the bar are 78 mm in height, 34 mm in width, and 1000 mm in length, with the ionizing bar being compatible with all wafer technologies down to 22 nm.
