The ECO Gun ionizing gun is an advanced solution for neutralizing electrostatic charges, ideal for cleaning plastic parts. This device does not require an external power supply and is equipped with a piezoceramic high-voltage transformer that uses high-frequency alternating current (HF-AC) for ionization. The ionizing gun features manual operation activated by a button on the pistol grip and an adjustable airflow controlled via a throttle valve.The ECO Gun is distinguished by its compact design and can be easily connected to a compressed air quick coupling. The operating pressure ranges from 3 to a maximum of 5 bar. An LED display monitors the high voltage and indicates the system status. The device is self-balancing (0 ± 10 V) and requires low maintenance.
Technical specifications include a working distance of 10 to 50 cm, an ambient temperature of 10 to 40°C, and an ambient humidity of 20 to 70%.
