ION 6115 AirForce ionizer gun
The Simco ION 6115 AirForce ionizing gun is specifically designed for the elimination of static charges and for use in cleanroom applications. This high-performance ionizing air gun meets ISO standard 14644-1 Class 5 and is ideal for environments where particle control is essential. The gun is characterized by a rapid neutralization of static charges, with discharge times of no more than 1 second at a working voltage of 24 V/DC.
The ergonomic design includes a lightweight, flexible 9.5 mm air hose, which, together with the gun, provides high operating comfort even during extended use. The construction from static dissipative materials includes a replaceable emitter tip and a quick-eject filter, which simplifies maintenance. Additionally, the strong blowing force enables effective removal of particles from surfaces in statically sensitive areas.
The integrated IsoStat® technology ensures a consistent ion balance and minimizes problems due to equipment grounding or re-ionization. The ion balance is at +/- 30 V and the ozone generation is extremely low at less than 0.005 ppm, further highlighting the safety and environmental compatibility of the device. The dimensions of the gun are 203 x 25 x 76 mm and those of the console are 216 x 41 x 76 mm, which facilitates handling and integration into existing systems.
