Top Gun TG3 Ionizing Gun with Sidekick (Foot Switch)
The Top Gun TG3 Ionizing Gun with Sidekick and foot switch is specifically designed for neutralizing electrostatic charges in cleaning processes in the electronics industry and cleanrooms. This device combines efficient high-voltage ionization technology with an ergonomic and lightweight design that allows for easy handling. Air supply is provided via a compressed air system, adjustable from 1 to 6.8 bar. A replaceable 0.01µm filter at the air outlet ensures the highest air purity. The ionizing gun allows for precise airflow adjustment through an integrated valve and ensures a constant offset voltage of 0 ± 15 V through self-balancing. Ozone generation is at a minimal 0.001 ppm at a distance of 45 cm. The gun, hose, and cable are conductive, which increases safety when handling the device. With ISO 6 / Cleanroom Class 1000 certification, this model is ideal for highly sensitive work environments.
